When Does My Monthly Dous Box Ship?
If you are new to Dous Box and signed up ON or AFTER the 12th of the month, your first Dous Box will ship the 3rd week of each month. For example, if you sign up on April 12th, your first Dous Box will be the May box. If you sign up before the 12th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s box.
How much is the Dous Box subscription?
The Dous Box subscription is $35 a month.
How do I share my picture with Dous Box?
Want to see your own show off photos on our Show Off page? Just post them on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter and hashtag #dousbox or click ‘Upload Photos” on the Show Off page. Photos added upon approval. Tag us!
When Does My Dous Box Ship?
All Dous Box will be shipped by the 3rd week of each month. When your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
My Box was missing an item, how do I correct this?
Yikes! Our apologies! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct this.
I signed up but did not get this month’s box. Why not?
To receive the monthly box, you need to sign up on/ before the 12th of the month of the box you want to receive. For example, if you want to receive the June box, you need to sign up by April 12.
How do I report an issue with my Dous Box?
Please send an email to us at email@example.com. We will respond to all emails in the order they are received within 48 business hours (Monday – Friday).
Do I need to sign up each month?
Once you are subscribed you are IN until you cancel. You will be billed monthly on the 12th of each month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If there was a problem with one of your deliveries, we will do everything we can to make it right. To cancel you must submit your name, email address, and order # to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your subscription. You must submit cancellation in before midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on the 17th of the month prior if you want to cancel and/or receive a refund. Example: To cancel for March we need an email from you by February 17th)
How do I update my shipping/billing address?
Go to My Account at www.sweetgasms.com and click change address or send an email to email@example.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month to ensure that your Dous Box goes to the correct address. If you MOVE, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 6th of the month.
How do I change the credit card information for my subscription?
To change, go to My Account. Under my subscription click change payment method. You can then change your payment information.
Will my order melt during the summer?
During the hot moths, we ship orders with insulated packaging with ice packs that keep the sweets nice and cool.
My Dous Box wasn’t in good condition. What Should I do?
If your Dous Box was not in good condition, we want to know. To be eligible for a replacement/refund, send us a photo of the damaged sweets to email@example.com
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns but we welcome you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to share your concerns.
I have allergies. Can I order Dous Box?
Unfortunately, we don’t have an allergy friendly box at this time.
Where does Dous Box ship?
Currently, we only ship within the 48 continental United States. We will explore international shipping, but at this time we don’t offer that service. But if you would like for us to pursue this, feel free to drop us a line through the contact form and let us know. The more folks in your country who wants it, the faster we will get it.
How can I buy the full sized product from my Dous Box?
We encourage you to submit your order through email@example.com to purchase your full size items.
What if I don’t like something in my Dous Box?
We would love to hear from you so please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you did not love. We want to make this an awesome experience for you so we always love hearing from you.
Will I be able to customize my Dous Box products each month?
We do not customize Dous Boxes at this time but we continue to survey many of you to find out what would be great for your sweet fix and based on what you have told us, we think you will love what we pick.
