Below are questions to answer your sweetgasmic needs. Honesty is the best policy, if there are any questions you see that aren’t answered feel free to send an email to info@sweetgasms.com. Allow 24-48hrs for a response.

Q: How can I order a cake from Sèlman Dous?
A: Yes, send e-mail your request to info@sweetgasms.com

Q: What should I include in my email inquiry?
A: Please include the date, number of guest/servings you would like to feed and any detail design you would like to incorporate. Feel free to add pictures.

Q: What are your hours of operations?
A: Mon-Friday 9AM-5PM Saturday 10AM-2PM

Q: Will my cake look exactly as the picture I submitted?
A: Absolutely not. All items are custom and made solely by Chef Nano. Pictures from other cakes artist are used as an inspiration and can never be identically duplicated no two cakes are alike. Also, be mindful unlike full-time bakers, I work full-time as a Flight Attendant. This limits the amount of orders and details I can take on.

Q: Do you offer sheetcakes or buttercream grocery-style birthday cakes
A:No. I work exclusively with custom cakes

Q: Terms and Conditions
A: Order policy: A mandatory 50% deposit is required for all orders placed. All payment must be received 14 days prior to event. Any last minute custom orders (5 days) prior to event will be charged a 50% convenience fee. No exceptions!  

Cancellation Policy:All cancellations notices MUST be sent by email. All orders cancelled the week/day of the event will be NOT be issued a refund. You have 10 days before your delivery/pick up date to cancel your order. Please note however, that ALL deposits are non-refundable and therefore, you forfeit your deposit when you cancel your order. If a cancellation is made inside of the 10 day window, the remaining balance is still due in full. Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in money lost, just to accommodate your order.

Q: Do you ship cakes nationwide?
A: Presently, we do not ship our cakes nationwide. We do offer selected items for national shipping, including our famous Orgasmic Rum Cake.

Q: Do I need to book a consultation?
A: If the cake you’d like to purchase is similar to one of our cakes in our cake gallery you do not need to book a consultation. A detailed email and photos will be enough. Unless, it is a wedding or events of 100 people or more. Please keep in mind that cakes consultation must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! Delivery fees and setup fees are determine by distance.

Q: Can my date change or cake details after my order is placed?
A:The contract and deposit are for the specified date and cake. Date changes can only be made if the new date is available and a new contract is acknowledged. In the event the date changes, a cake on the new date is not guaranteed. If the new date is available, a completely new contract must be acknowledged at least 10 days in advance and a new price, dependent on the new design, will be quoted.

Q: What is a Dous Jar?
A: The Dous Jar is a snazzy 8oz jar with layers of cake on the bottom and creamy frosting in the middle with another layer of cake and topped off with more creamy frosting. This product is great for gift giving and enough for 2 people to enjoy (if you can resist)

Q: Do you ship your Dous Jarss?
A: Yes, We offer nationwide shipping for our Dous Jars . Due to high volume all orders if you choose shipping will ship out within 5-7 business days from the day you placed and paid for your order. The day we bake your order is the day we ship it, it should arrive 1-3 days after it ships. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information informing when item(s) have been shipped.

We do offer overnight shipping just contact us and we will make arrangements. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or International areas.

Q: How to maintain Cookies?
A: All cookies are baked fresh once ordered and shipped out via the shipping method chosen at checkout. Upon receiving, you can either consume immediately, warm in the microwave, place into a 350 degree oven for a few minutes, or freeze for a later date. 

Q: Do you have a store front?
A: No, Sèlman Dous is strictly online.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and all major credit cards.

Q: What size cupcakes do you offer?
A: We have 3 different sizes, mini’s, standard, and jumbo

Q: How do I care for my Dous Jar?
A: Since all products are all natural it is best to eat them same day or refrigerate upon arrival. Jars can last up to 3 weeks refrigerated or freeze for up to 3 months.  Reminder if treat are frozen let them get to room temperature before indulging.

Q: Do yours items contains nuts?
A: Yes, some items contain tree nuts, some of our baked goods may contain gluten, wheat, eggs, soy, chocolate, fruits and coconut so if you have food allergies we recommend not consuming any of our product please consult a doctor before consuming.
